We are seeking Team Manager who will be based in our Matlock office, to co-lead our Adoption Support Team working with families across the Adoption East Midlands area. Working with an established and experienced team, this is an exciting opportunity for a creative and pro-active individual who has a sound knowledge of the lifelong impact of Adoption on children and families to contribute and shape the service at an exciting time of development and change.

We are recruiting a service manager to manage the recruitment, assessment, placement and home finding services. A service manager is responsible for adoption support, and adoption panels. As a service manager, you will play a crucial role in this ongoing improvement.
The successful candidate will manage 6 or more direct reports and be accountable to the Group Manager. This role covers staff based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derby and Derbyshire, and will involve travel between these offices.
